Engineering also offers applied research and development, as well
as services on commission such as consultation, assessment, and
surveys, product development,
etc.
Research and consulting covers the entire range of disciplines
taught in the degree programmes. Through
its institutes and research centers, the School of Engineering
works
in partnership
with industry,
the economic sector, and
government.
The ZHW is a multidisciplinary university and makes possible the
interdisciplinary elaboration of projects with the collaboration
of experts from
various fields
of specialization.
